The new album was conceived as a prequel of sorts to their first album, ‘Day One’, which released in February 2016, and shows the band’s stylistic evolution since the release of their 2013 self-titled debut EP.

Violinist Lindsey Stirling Covers Led Zeppelin’s ‘Kashmir’

Last week, on July 21st, famous violinist Lindsey Stirling released her cover of the legendary rock anthem, ‘Kashmir’, originally by Led Zeppelin. Originally released in 1975 on Led Zeppelin’s 6th album, ‘Physical Graffiti’, the song quickly gained notoriety for being some of the group’s most progressive work yet, when progressive rock was still in its relative infancy. Now, nearly half a century after the song’s release, Stirling is releasing her own take on the classic, to honour the biggest band of the 1970s.

Famed Pop Group S Club Release First Single In 20 Years

Yesterday, the legendary chart-topping British pop icons S Club reunited to release their first piece of music in 20 years – a single, titled ‘These Are The Days’, released in memory of Paul Cattermole, who died earlier this year due to heart failure. Accompanied by a music video which shows the group’s members looking through photographs and memoirs of their history, the song has already achieved great success and acclaim, seen as a perfect tribute to both Cattermole and S Club 7’s legacy.
