NEW ALBUM: Ty Brasel ‘TRANSCENDENT’

Memphis-born hip-hop IVAV recording artist Ty Brasel builds on his astonishing catalog of three successful studio albums with an overall 85 million streams with a new fourth record, ‘TRANSCENDENT.’ Collaborating with fellow IVAV artist Jay-Way, Brasel shares the lead single ‘MAD 2 THE MAX’ out now.

After months of social media teasers, Ty Brasel is ready to share another chapter of his inspiring journey bringing renewed energy to his signature blend of rap, R&B, and pop.

The title ‘TRANSCENDENT’ symbolizes rising above and reflects Brasel’s own experience; he elaborates:

“To transcend’ something, you rise above your limits and overcome whatever’s holding you back. That word is reflective of my own life experience. Trauma, fear, and pride can get in the way of you accomplishing your goals. I’m here to show people, using my own life and my own music as an example, that you can always keep going.”

Since Brasel’s 2018 album ‘Destined For Greatness,’ the hip-hop talent uses a mirror to portray his past lifestyle turned into a spiritual shift. Throughout his previous projects, ‘The Divine Storm,’ ‘Destiny Vol. 1,’ and the new ‘TRANSCENDENT,’ Brasel navigates people through his journey from tragic circumstances to triumphant redemption.

Listen to the full album ‘TRANSCENDENT’ out on January 23rd.
