Time to shake up those playlists of Christmas classics! Furnace and the Fundamentals – with their holiday album ‘A Very Furnace Christmas’ out on the 13th December – are here to help you make your guests do double-takes at your speaker all the way through your Christmas party – ensuring yours is one they won’t forget this season!
This fun-loving party outfit from down under are releasing their album, ‘A Very Furnace Christmas’, packed full of reworks of classic tunes, to celebrate the season of gift-giving and decking the halls this year.
This release follows in the footsteps of two single drops – a cover of ‘Killing in the Name’ with the lyrics changed to”giving in the name of…” and disco tune ‘YMCA’ changed to sing “let’s have some fun, ‘cos it’s Christmas today!”, both of which are perfect examples of the ways in which this band aims to spread Christmas joy in the form of fun-filled silly covers this holiday season.
Furnace and the Fundamentals are rounding off 2019 with a bang. As if this album release wasn’t exciting enough, they have been part of the lucky few to have been picked to play in the prime spot of the main stage at Australia’s premier New Year’s Eve party, Lost Paradise festival, where they are sure to bring the house down.
