It’s All Over Now For Chandani And ‘Baby Blues’

LA singer songwriter Chandani follows up her singles ‘Addiction’ and ‘Forgive You’ with ‘Baby Blues’, a song in which she opens up about her own trials and tribulations.

Chandani always knew that creating art would be important for her, but she wasn’t sure how to ensure it would play a large part in her life. A chance meeting to discuss a potential acting career saw her realise music should be a focus: suddenly the years of writing down her feelings, emotions, and quotable quotes made sense.

‘Baby Blues’ sees Chandani opening up her heart and baring her soul to the listener. She’s fallen deeply in love with someone she’s not sure is on the same page in terms of commitment. The video, directed by KC Amos, shows her painting a series of canvases, all with the same blue eye – effectively this an act of catharsis. She cleanses herself of the heartache, and gains the strength to move on.

Chandani’s crystal clear vocals are perfectly accompanied by an acoustic guitar. No more instrumentation is necessary, as her voice conveys all that is needed. It’s a touching and moving song, telling a story that all of us can relate to.

You can find out more about Chandani online on her Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages.
