Sound Sculptor Le Fil Is One To Watch With New EP ‘Nightlife’

Born into a Cantonese speaking family, Le Fil learned English by singing along to a pop music diet of Bros and Kylie Minogue. Originally from Huddersfield, Yorkshire, but now based in Peckham, South London, the singer songwriter and artist has established himself on the underground culture circuit, with his blend of dark pop, provocative performance art, and striking sculptures, which focus on identity and gender politics.

Fragile Mortals Are ‘Fired Up’ With Fourth Of July Single Release

Fragile Mortals, the new band that combines hip-hop legend Darryl “DMC” McDaniels (Run DMC) with metal group Generation Kill featured vocalist Rob Dukes (ex-Exodus) and bassist Rob Moschetti (ex-Pro-Pain, M.O.D.), will release their debut single, ‘Fired Up’ today, July 4. This will be followed up tomorrow by the single, ‘Suicide’. Both are released via Bumblefoot Music, the record label of artist/producer Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal (Art of Anarchy, ex-Guns N’ Roses), who also produced and added additional guitar solos to the tracks.
