LightlongLife Is ‘Living A Moment’ – And Encourages Us To Join Him – In Latest Pop Release

Alex Tsaga’s LightlongLife project offers more than a glimpse into his quest in search of harmony and authenticity, and latest single, ‘Living A Moment’, is filled with genuine enthusiasm that grows from just a spark into something that is all-encompassing.

Back in 2019, Alex was surrounded by the crystal blue waters, abundant flora and fauna, and a bustling local community in Bali, Indonesia. He wanted to share it with everyone around him – “I wanted to capture the gratitude I felt…to experience such a magical place”, he says, “and turn it into music that reminds people how lucky they are to be alive and part of this beautiful world”.

This has led so far to two singles, which have found their place with listeners all over the world, and thousands of streams across all digital platforms, as people relate to Tsaga’s ethereal soundscapes. It’s also resulted in a string of international festival honours, with his previous music video, ‘Just Like Me‘ included as a finalist placement at the Music Video Awards, as well as a nomination at the SIMI Music Video Fest, and an honourable mention at the European Music Video Awards. Now, LightlongLife returns with a timely reminder to cherish the beauty of life’s simplest pleasures.

Alex’s new single, ‘Living A Moment’, is a shimmering and reverent track, that reflects his belief that every moment is a miracle; even waking up and being able to take a breath is a blessing. With voluminous electronic layers, dreamy synths, reverberating vocals, and a driving beat, this sense of freedom is mirrored, while the mix and mastering, from acclaimed producer Nik Trekov (All Time Low, Bring Me The Horizon, Blink-182), adds a rush that invigorates the listener, and dissolves any hesitation.

The music video for ‘Living A Moment’ was directed by Alex Tsaga himself, and opens with a somewhat disturbing glimpse into the future. A greying Alex is sitting on a sofa, looking bored with life, while flying vehicles pass outside the window behind him. Dropping the tv remote control, he rediscovers a lifetime of memories, in the form of photos, that instantly take him back to his adventures, and some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world. We see the glaciers and deep desert gorges of Kazakhstan, and the alpine lakes of Switzerland, and Tsanga is transported there, standing as a confident artist and real person, determined to take it all in and make the most of the “here and now”. He feels a radiating sense of peace, and he leaps from the canyon, he spreads his wings and soars into the open sky, becoming a powerful symbol that we can all face our own fate, and live fully – we only have to start.
