Originally from Edo State, Nigeria, but now based in Maryland, USA, Princess Gillian brings with her the vibrant rhythms of her homeland, and fills them with upbeat praises to her God, inviting listeners to join her in witnessing what God has done for her, and believe that he can have the same effect on their lives. With a call and response between Princess Gillian and an accompanying choir, she asks listeners, “come and see what the Lord has done for me”, while they respond, “come and see”. It’s vibrant and empowering, and almost impossible to resist her unshakable optimism.
