Coffeeshop And Ty Taylor ‘Hear The Call’ With Latest Collaboration

There’s no holding back for Coffeeshop in his latest collaboration with Rob Aster and the RRHOT team, with ‘Hear The Call’, featuring vocalist, Ty Taylor.

Forging over time an unshakable bond, characterised by a proliferation of creations, Coffeeshop and Rob Aster continue with their calling to make music with merit, committed to bringing lightness and encouragement to all. Their latest collaboration, ‘Hear The Call’, sees Coffeeshop as the focused, fearless artist that he is, ready for his next evolution. Taking a step away from his characteristic pop-EDM sound, ‘Hear The Call’ sees him dives headlong into alternative rock, alongside Ty Taylor, one of the most sought-after vocalists in the industry.

‘Hear The Call’ is instantly gripping with its alt-rock drive, filled with fiery power chords, and sirens, echoing in the distance. Listeners are transported to a post-apocalyptic world where terror strikes without warning, and an ever-present danger seems to lurk around every corner, mirroring starkly the life faced everyday by those encountering difficulties such as mistreatment, assault, abuse, and so on. The darkness doesn’t last however, with a group of revolutionaries, “climbing the silence…carved by the flame”, rising from the shadows, determined to confront the dangers ahead, and reclaim the light that was stolen from them long ago.

Ty Taylor’s dynamic presence and raw talent, alongside his soulful delivery, has seen him perform on television and Broadway, and taken him on tour with iconic rock icons like The Who, Bon Jovi, and The Rolling Stones, when he was the frontman for Vintage Trouble. His signature husky voice is embellished with grit and angst, embodying the urge to resist, endure, and hold fast to the promise of a better future. ‘Hear The Call’ is a defiant anthem of freedom, from society’s most vulnerable.

The music video for ‘Hear The Call’ sees the iDreamology team mark a new chapter in their visuals, as they explore the possibilities of storytelling via anime. We follow along the story of a young girl, who is unable to escape the clutches of a red-eye villain, and no matter which direction she runs, he’s right there behind her. The clip channels the urgent pulse of the track, and although the challenges she faces push her right to the edge, they’re the only way for her to get away from this man who has torn her life to pieces.
