Trickster, the Austrian singer and entrepreneur from Linz, blends Christmas classics with his festive release, ‘Silent Night vs Santa Claus Is Coming To Town’.. Out now via Trickster Recordings through Absolute, the track has found serious support on social media, as well as more than 500K video views on YouTube. On top of all this, Trickster has received high praise from the King of Christmas Music himself, David Foster, who called Trickster a “breath of fresh air”.

The outrageous music video for ‘Silent Night vs Santa Claus Is Coming To Town’, was filmed at the iconic Pinewood Studios in London, and the clip is drenched in 1940s style vintage glamour as some of the world’s best dancers hit the floor to recreate the eye-popping festive energy of a New Orleans-style Christmas party. Created by a crew that has worked on ‘Lord of the Rings’, ‘Mission Impossible’, ‘Independence Day’ and many more, this is a true Christmas blockbuster, released in time as part of a full Christmas movie.
 
Produced by Richard Flack, best known for his work with Joe Strummer, and Florence and the Machine, as well as Trickster himself, the seasonal favourites were seamlessly fused at legendary London recording studios Angel and RAK, and mixed at Abbey Road. Produced by the legendary Guy Chambers, the lavishly created ‘Silent Night vs Santa Claus Is Coming To Town’ features the Grammy® Award-winning vocal group The Swingles, a stunning big band and string section arranged and orchestrated by the brilliant Callum Au.
