G Flip Is ‘Good Enough’ With Latest Pop Single And Video

Australian pop rocker G Flip is the full package: a powerhouse drummer, incredible guitarist, and a charismatic singer with a glorious voice. With thunderous, hip-swiveling rhythms, impassioned vocals, and a full sonic spectrum of instruments, their new single, ‘Good Enough’ is set to become a modern classic.

The non-binary artist really brings the heat with the track, opening up like they’re about to launch into a ballad, Adele-style, but with Sia’s timbre. G Flip shows what they’ve got in store; singing, playing piano, and then – they get up and walk over to the drum kit, where they really let loose and show listeners what they’re made of.

Drums were the first instrument F Flip got into, and so we don’t need to explain why their album is named ‘DRUMMER’. With rattling cymbals, powerful kick, and epic snares, G Flip is a ball of kinetic energy, with sticks, hands, and feet working as one.

And so, the drums are where our eyes are drawn in the clip for ‘Good Enough’,. directed by Kyle Caulfield. We see scenes switch between day and night, the skies open and rain pours down, but nothing is going to stop G Flip, as they pour their heart out, both in voice and on instruments. Every downstroke is accompanied by a splash of rain, serving as a visual metaphor for the drive and the power of the drummer: the one who holds the band together, and is truly the engine of any ensemble.
