Joe Bermudez & Dana McKeon Are Having A ‘Tug Of War’ With Pop EDM Track

We wrote about Joe Bermudez in September, with his single, ‘Lose My Number‘, featuring Louise Carver, and its hilarious music video. You’ll also remember our interview with Joe, where he told us about his music (as well as wondered if we had a million dollars!). Now we review his single, ‘Tug Of War’, featuring Dana McKeon, and we can promise you’ll enjoy the track and video just as much as his other releases!

Making good use of electronic textures and powerhouse EDM beats, talented producer Joe Bermudez’s single, ‘Tug Of War’ tells the story of love, and its constant pulling and pushing of passions. With Dana McKeon bringing an etherealness to the track with her airy, sweet vocals, ‘Tug Of War’ is a seamless blend of music and lyrics; Joe’s production talents of course pulling everything together.

The music video for ‘Tug Of War’ matches the song’s upbeat tones note for note, with the action taking place indoors in the gym, as well as outside at Santa Monica’s world-famous Muscle Beach. Joe and Dana are dressed for action in their workout gear, and are pumping hard. When the beat drops, the gym turns into a dance club, with Joe at the desks, and the athletes showing off their best moves – dance moves this time rather than power lifting or cardio. Keeping to the name of the song, there’s even a ‘Tug of War’ right on the mat between the guys and the girls, and we’ll leave it up to you to watch the video and find out who wins.

You can watch the clip for ‘Tug Of War’ below, and you can find out more about Joe Bermudez and his music online on his official website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
