Vivar Releases Latest Single, ‘Hookup Culture’

Set for release on December 10, ‘Hookup Culture’ is the new single for Vivar. The San Francisco-based singer songwriter is bound to be your new favourite artist, with his upbeat and catchy sound that’s reminiscent of Shawn Mendes, and Dua Lipa.

‘Hookup Culture’ can be pre-saved here.

With a pure feel good pop sound, ‘Hookup Culture’, by Vivar, was written after he felt frustration about dating apps, as well as the general culture of modern dating as a whole.

Recorded in his home studio, ‘Hookup Culture’ is a fun and carefree song, and actively conveys that same feeling of hooking up itself – the experience of meeting up with no expectations other than having a good time. In effect, ‘Hookup Culture’ the song is catchy, no strings attached pop.

Vivar, who has been playing piano and writing his own songs since the age of 14, knows exactly how to capture the hearts and ears of his listeners, and infuses his own love of pop music into his compositions.

Vivar released his debut single, ‘Everything’, back in 2019, and has since then released a further four singles, which saw him team up with Florida-based producer, Austin Hull.
