The Stencil Pencils Release ‘It’s Christmas!’

In just over a week it’s going to be December in this crazy year we’ve been having, and Christmas is racing towards us at headlong speed! But never fear, The Stencil Pencils, with their second release, ‘It’s Christmas!’ are set to cheer up both us and everyone else in their strong effort to take the Festive Number 1 chart position.

Recorded in association with producer Pete Hammond, ‘It’s Christmas!’ is an exciting track that will get you in the holiday spirit. The trio, comprised of Johnson aka ‘Bouba’ (12), Kale aka ‘Woo’ (10) and Indiana ‘Boo-lash’ (6), must be the hardest working kids in quarantine, putting their band together in their Milton Keynes home, as part of a homework project. Their first performance was earlier this year, for their neighbours in their street, during VE celebrations. That got the attention of the local media, leading to a live performance on BBC Three Counties Radio’s breakfast show, and followed by an increasing national following.

The Stencil Pencils have found their way into the heart of the nation, and are the subject of an awe-inspiring feature in this month’s, ‘Your Autism Magazine’. They’ve also made several television appearances, as well as receiving Ed Sheeran’s Blue Peter Music Badge, and their hope is that ‘It’s Christmas’ will have you leaping with joy into 2021.

Touted as, “The UKs Youngest Aspergers Band”, The Stencil Pencils have performed residencies at homes for the elderly, and also appeared on ITVs, ‘The Scrambled Show’, which saw them easily win the talent show. 2021 will so far see the trio feature on ITVs ‘Britain’s Got Talent’, and ‘The Voice Kids’, in February – and there’s sure to be plenty more to follow!
