DJ Amaze grew up in Philadelphia, listening to his family’s records, and imagining the life he might have with music at its centre. From there he got involved with the radio station at his high school, and now, with the beats he creates, he brings sunshine into the lives of his fans, as well as a smile to their faces, and dance to their feet.
New single, ‘Loco Limbo’, was written just hours before DJ Amaze went on vacation to the Bahamas, and it’s the next classic summertime anthem. He felt a call to transform music into a party like nothing experienced before, and his song calls to mind conga lines, limbo games, and, above all else, having a good time. With their fast paced drums, handclaps, and Soca vibrations, it’s impossible not to immediately rise to your feet and dance!
Of course, such a song needs an equally energetic music video. We are taken to paradise, where with high energy movements and huge smiles, he sings and dances under palm trees, set against the clear water beaches. DJ Amaze asks, “Are you having a good time?” and it’s impossible to not shout “YES!”
