Hailing from a quaint town in Iowa, Ginny’s childhood was steeped in melodic inspiration, taking up violin at just 3 years of age, then at 15, moving to Los Angeles, where her tireless work ethic and commitment to her craft propelled her toward boundless opportunities. She started touring with Meat Loaf at 20, and recorded with legends such as Britney Spears and The Foo Fighters.

Ginny’s aim is to infuse every piece of music she creates with bold and fearless energy, and she’s known for speaking up for women in the music industry. Her hope is to help people find their own strength through her music.

In her latest music video, Ginny reunites with Harrison Sanborn, and channels personal empowerment in her latest music video, ‘Devil at My Heels’. the lead track of her upcoming album sees Ginny’s commanding vocals and dynamic electric violin solo amplifying her declaration of strength and triumph over adversity, with the violin itself becoming a symbol of rebellion.

The clip for ‘Devil At My Heels’ shows Ginny and a man involved in a passionate yet troubled relationship. At the start, Ginny seems to be happy, and free, but as the narrative unfolds, it’s clear the male lead has not altogether good ulterior motives, with the red of the video symbolic of his intentions. He betrays Ginny and her trust, by selling her prized violin, and in the climax, she confronts him, against a fire, symbolic of her resilience and inner strength. In return, she destroys his guitar, then reunites with her violin, reclaiming her independence.
