Maxim Edward’s New Single, ‘Know I Know’ Is A Radio Friendly Track With A Heart-Break Theme

Keeping up with the heart-break theme of previous single, ‘Love Me Anymore’, Maxim Edward returns with his new single, ‘Know I Know’. Released on March 16, the upbeat track tells the story of being betrayed by someone you have put your whole life into – and the kicker is that they don’t even know he knows she’s cheating.

Opening with a smooth electronic sound, Maxim brings it in with fast-paced guitar, and intermittent percussion. The track is incredibly relatable and would be the perfect addition to anyone’s playlist – and we hope that he gets plenty of radio play too. Maxim Edward’s rich vocals beautifully (and heart-rendingly) convey the angst felt by someone who’s seen their whole life go up in flames.

Slowing down for the bridge he gets right to the point:

“I close my eyes and I dream I had a girl that loves me and didn’t want to leave me alone

I close my eyes and I dream I had a girl that loves me and all your lies they would be gone”

Listened together with ‘Love Me Anymore‘, you get the idea that Maxim is unlucky in love; but maybe it’s just that he’s got a knack for writing very relatable songs – we hope it’s the latter!

While this is only the second official release for Maxim Edward, ‘Know I Know’ proves he’s got the talent and ability to go far. We’re certainly looking forward to see what he comes up with next!
