Page Sevii – ‘Cheat Codes’

Page Sevii allowed the global pandemic to spark his creative awakening, and instead of curling up in a ball and allowing the difficult time of isolation and separation to consume him, he found a love for producing lyrically conscious music, and dedicated himself to perfecting his craft. His new single, ‘Cheat Codes’, comes with a music video that fully captures the essence of Colorado, including its some “herbal elements”.

Page Sevii takes inspiration from a wide variety of genres and artists, including Drake, Lauryn Hill, and The Isely Brothers. Although he is still discovering his sound and honing in on his style, it’s not hard to see that he has talent. With ‘Cheat Codes’ Page Sevii is looking to elevate the minds of his audience and help them find their way to their dreams.

Page Sevii allows us to escape to a higher state of mind in the music video for ‘Cheat Codes’. He takes us on a trek through picturesque mountain valleys, icy caverns, and cannabis grow houses, all while his easy-going lyrics flow. ‘Cheat Codes’ is a harmonious, almost hypnotic, blend of R&B and hip-hop, and features a chilled-out beat overlaid with bars which put the emphasis on evolving and developing the ambition to pursue your dreams. Take one listen to this track, and you’ll discover a mature voice with well-crafted lyrics and instrumentals. It’s hard to imagine that this is Page Sevii’s first-ever video release, the mature voice and well-crafted lyrics set the bar high in regard to his creative vision and direction.
