Fausto Releases Latest Single, ‘Quarantine’

Fausto wrote his latest single, ‘Quarantine’, while being forced during lockdown to examine his feelings and loneliness, in an effort to make sense of how how he was feeling about the situation.

Collaborating with friend and producer Kubla Kahn, the song fell quickly into place, and comes with a gorgeous music video shot in LA, which was created by a group of friends. Fausto is seen singing about the girl he has feelings for, quarantined in his apartment, while his girl is somewhere else, reading his texts. His emotion and loneliness are palpable, and amply illustrate what so many of us are going through.

It might surprise listeners to know that Fausto is still only 16, and just starting out on his musical journey as a songwriter and lyricist. He has however been surrounded by music all of his life, and comes from a family of music industry professionals. Fausto bases his sound around pop and hip hop, and includes Ed Sheeran, NF, and Eminem as his primary musical influences.
