‘Over (Before It’s Begun)’ – Robert O’Connor Releases Music Video Ahead Of New Single

Irish singer songwriter Robert O’Connor today releases the music video for his new single, ‘Over (Before It’s Begun)’. The new track is set to come out tomorrow, and will be available everywhere.

The video, directed, produced, and edited by Matt n Black, features Robert out in the countryside, his brightly coloured clothes in stark contrast to the subdued colouring of the clip. Robert contemplates his life and that which could have been but never was, and this is illustrated in the clip by way of somewhat tumble down farm buildings, an illustration of a great deal of unfilled promise.

Robert’s voice is sweet and strong, conveying enough emotion for the listener to truly believe his heartbreak. The uptempo beat is somewhat of a departure for O’Connor, with a tropical RnB vibe crossed with pop sensibilities. Altogether it’s a very catchy tune, and will definitely have you heading for the replay button.
