Alphabeat ‘Don’t Know What’s Cool Anymore’ But It Doesn’t Matter With New Video

By their own admission, Alphabeat are from ’85, they’re not gonna lie, they don’t know what’s cool anymore, but that certainly doesn’t matter with their new single, ‘I Don’t Know What’s Cool Anymore’, and the accompanying music video.

The song, released late last month, has already found its way to the top 15 on the Airplay Chart, and is among the most played Danish songs on radio. Its release comes ahead of their new album, ‘Don’t Know What’s Cool Anymore’, their first since 2012s ‘Express Non-Stop’, set to come out on November 1 through Warner Music Denmark.

Today Alphabeat reveal the new music video for the single, featuring the band in a stark studio, as Stine and Anders SG outline their confusion about things considered cool today as composed to what they remember. They’re not cool kids anymore – but who cares, they’re something better. Coloured lights flash past as the band get up and dance and compel us to do the same. Alphabeat may not know what’s cool anymore, but we certainly do – it’s them.
