Justina Valentine returns with two new videos, ‘Hide & Seek’, and ‘Just Spit It’.
With her first song, ‘Hide & Seek’, she appears by herself, giving it her best rhymes, while wearing a jumpsuit emblazoned with the warning, “Be Careful”. And people should be careful to handle her with care, as she spits out the lyrics, referencing everyone from Roddy Rich to the Tiger King. As always she’s on fire from her head to her toes, tripping out the bars with the lightning speed for which she’s made her well-earned reputation, and seen her earn prominence co-hosting a range of MTV shows.
Second video, ‘Just Spit It’ is a message to all those keyboard warriors who spend their days behind their screen making out they’re tough guys. Justina takes on the role of Billy from Jigsaw, and her face is framed by a TV screen as she smashes it, all the while rhyming so fast that we can only marvel at her ability. Although her face is set on mischief, she’s menacing, and does the insanity role just that little bit too perfectly, demonstrating that there’s just the finest of lines between genius and madness.
