Kesha Exorcises Relationship Toxicity On ‘Resentment’ (feat. SturgillSimpson, Brian Wilson & Wrabel)

Today, Kesha releases ‘Resentment’, (feat. Sturgill Simpson, Brian Wilson & Wrabel), a vulnerable collaboration and the newest track to come from her forthcoming album ‘High Road’. Originally written by Wrabel, Madi Diaz, and Jamie Floyd, with co-writing from Kesha and production by John Hill, ‘Resentment’ is a touching, country-tinged reflection on being done wrong by a lover and holding onto that negativity. Additional music will be added to the much-anticipated new album, which will now be released January 31 via Kemosabe/RCA Records.

Alexa Friedman Doesn’t Suffer Fools Gladly With New Single ‘Take Me Down’

For her previous release, ‘Meant To Be’, pop singer Alexa Friedman was a mermaid in the music video. With the video for her latest single, ‘Take Me Down’, she’s chosen to address a different fantasy altogether, this time of a martial arts master and deadly swords-woman. With first a mermaid – the siren of the sea luring unwary seamen to their doom – and now a kick-ass ninja, you get the feeling that Friedman doesn’t suffer fools gladly.
