Violinist Lindsey Stirling Covers Led Zeppelin’s ‘Kashmir’

Last week, on July 21st, famous violinist Lindsey Stirling released her cover of the legendary rock anthem, ‘Kashmir’, originally by Led Zeppelin. Originally released in 1975 on Led Zeppelin’s 6th album, ‘Physical Graffiti’, the song quickly gained notoriety for being some of the group’s most progressive work yet, when progressive rock was still in its relative infancy. Now, nearly half a century after the song’s release, Stirling is releasing her own take on the classic, to honour the biggest band of the 1970s.

Famed Pop Group S Club Release First Single In 20 Years

Yesterday, the legendary chart-topping British pop icons S Club reunited to release their first piece of music in 20 years – a single, titled ‘These Are The Days’, released in memory of Paul Cattermole, who died earlier this year due to heart failure. Accompanied by a music video which shows the group’s members looking through photographs and memoirs of their history, the song has already achieved great success and acclaim, seen as a perfect tribute to both Cattermole and S Club 7’s legacy.

Pop Artist ellakate Releases Music Video For Latest Song ‘Dry’

Last week, on July 21st, American pop artist ellakate released an accompanying music video for her most recent single, titled ‘Dry’, which released the week before last, on July 14th. ‘Dry’, along with another single ellakate released last month titled ‘I’m Yours’, are the first singles off her debut EP, which releases later this fall in August. The song details the pain and exhaustion she has experienced in the past, describing it as a ‘vicious cycle of exhaustion’.

MONSTA X’s SHOWNU & HYUNGWON Release Joint Mini Album ‘THE UNSEEN’

Yesterday, MONSTA X members SHOWNU and HYUNGWON released their first mini album, titled ‘THE UNSEEN’, accompanied by a music video for ‘Love Me A Little’, the focus track on the album. ‘THE UNSEEN’ is MONSTA X’s most recent project since ‘The Dreaming’, released in December 2021, and is already making the rounds on the internet for its high production quality and the duo’s incredible vocals. This will also be SHOWNU’s first project since his enlistment in the South Korean military in July 2021.

Punk Band heavy wild Release New Single ‘Death Dreams’

Today, the newcomer punk band heavy wild, headed by frontman Wolfgang Harte, released their latest single, ‘Death Dreams’.
