Still only 15, Quarrion “Que 9” Phillips has already proven to be a fantastic rapper, with over 32 million hits on his YouTube alone, as well as a dance craze, the #QueSplashChallenge. Taking his inspiration from East Coast rapper Nas, Que 9 took up rap when he was 4, and uses his music to advocate for a better, safer, Detroit – his home town.
