Latin-American artist Blanca is declaring summer 2025 as her own. Hot off the release of ‘Are You Ready’, a slick, hip-hop-driven track that showcases her genre-blending, multilingual style – and as she expands her influence in the UK, she’s now been nominated for a Puerto Rico Music Award for her 2024 hit, ‘Worthy’, featuring Yandel.
Nominated for Best Christian/Spiritual Song, the award is part of a ceremony presented by TV network Telemundo Puerto Rico, known for honouring artists who have “transcended and boosted the success of Latin urban music around the world” over the past year. Broadcast in the U.S. by Telemundo and in Latin America by Telemundo Puerto Rico, the event will grace screens on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 7/6c, live from Vivo Beach Club in Carolina, Puerto Rico.
With her growing UK fanbase, a whopping 200 million career streams, and the viral success of, ‘Are You Ready’, Blanca is certainly making a powerful impact on the Latin urban music scene – and now, her star is poised to shimmer brightly on a global scale.
