Opnot Drops Electrifying DJ Set Video from Medellín

Opnot winds up an unforgettable summer with his electrifying DJ set, ‘Opnot DJ Set 2024 – Medellín, Colombia‘.

Opnot was filmed at the famous Audiowave Studios, where he performed 28 minutes of high-energy exclusive, never-heard-before tracks. The result is a must-watch for all lovers of electronic music, as the set is a dynamic mix of House, Techno and Melodic Techno. Opnot delivers an unmatched musical experience that perfectly captures the vibrance of Medellín’s electronic music scene.

Opnot is one of Colombia’s most exciting musical exports, with his DJing journey starting at just 8 old, when he was inspired by a member of his family who was also a DJ. At 11 years old he started spinning discs at neighbourhood parties and birthdays, leading to his first paid gig when he was 13, DJing for the New Year’s Eve party of a cleaning services company. His reputation grew until he was performing every weekend at a variety of events, and by the time he was 18, Opnot was a household name in Bogotá’s DJ scene, headlining parties with up to 30,000 in attendance, and opening concerts for crowds of more than 80,000. Opnot’s talent and passion for music swiftly expanded beyond Colombia, with performances in Ecuador, Peru, Mexico, Brazil, and, from there, New York and Miami.

A DJ residency at a famous Latin club in Budapest, Hungary, led to Opnot contributing to the opening of five new venues, such was the overwhelming demand for his performances. Now back in Colombia, Opnot’s musical empire has expanded to include recording studios in Bogotá and Medellín, and, a new label in New York.

“Now, I’m thrilled to release my first official video DJ set on Vevo YouTube, promoting bookings around the world,” Opnot shares.
