Uncle Ryano Is Back With ‘Twerkin’ With A Twang’

Describing his sound as “American Music”, Uncle Ryano is able to ensure his sound isn’t constrained by any particular genre or style. Sure, given he grew up in the birthplace of blues and rock and roll, there’s certainly those elements, but he’s also managed to connect with organic folk music from all over the world, and that’s certainly reflected in his music.

New single, ‘Twerkin’ With A Twang’, which he co-wrote with Billy Ray Cyrus, follows on from the success of his recent release, ‘Run Wide Open‘, and is sure to further cement his place as a beloved singer-songwriter and musician. The track started from a simple lyric, and from there bloomed into a fully-formed summer banger, with a fusion of infectious beats and mischievous lyrics, not to mention an irresistible chorus and upbeat melodies. It’s a toe-tapper and a half, with a backwoods country and raw rock and roll vibe.
