D’Anthony Lorenzo Shoots For The Stars With Second Eponymous Album

Straight out of the mind of prolific artist D’Anthony Lorenzo comes his eponymous second album. The new release comes hot on the heels of his debut long-player, ‘The King’s Graveyard’.

12 tracks long, the record firmly sets D’Anthony on track to the stars, and sees him attempt to, in his own words, “show him as a force and that he’s serious about his career”.

The entire album took 11 months to complete, D’Anthony ensuring that each track was perfect to his own specifications. Opening with the multi-layered, ‘Fantasy’, the listener is left in no doubt that D’Anthony has a hit on his hands.

This is followed by ‘Back To U’, which serves as a showcase for D’Anthony to exhibit his songwriting and musical talents. Track 3, ‘With U’, sees D’Anthony get fierce, and the track is well suited to be added to your summer playlist.

‘Lover’, featuring Veneo Official, is the fourth track on the album, and it’s a love song of sorts, where D’Anthony gives his lover an ultimatum to stop messing with him.

There are pop sensibilities mixed with rap and hip hop layers, giving ‘D’Anthony Lorenzo’ an overall contemporary feeling, which could fit very well in any top 40.

D’Anthony Lorenzo is still only 17 years old, but this RnB and pop singer should soon transcend his hometown of Springfield, Massachusetts and take over the world.

‘D’Anthony Lorenzo’ is out now and available to stream and download here.
