Christina Morgan-Diaz Is A Shimmering Light In A World Of Darkness With New Single, ‘You Are’

Pop artist Christina Morgan-Diaz lets her faith shine like a light in the darkness in her new single, ‘You Are’.

Believing her talent is God-given, and knowing that she is never alone with her Lord to see her through the most tumultuous ups and downs, Christina Morgan-Diaz aims with her music to provide her listeners with a sense of hope.

Christina is an award-winning contemporary Christian singer-songwriter, with her song, ‘I Need More’ a chart-topping radio hit. Additionally, she is a mental health advocate, and a licensed therapist in her community.

Diaz incorporates into her music the various cultures she was surrounded by, as she grew up in Queens, NYC. For her future releases, she plans to tap into the Latin beats of her Colombian roots, and sing in Spanish. She also plans to release more worship music, making a great start with, ‘You Are’.

The music video for ‘You Are’ was shot in Diaz’s own home, and directed by her husband. We see her carry out her morning routine, and while it’s a “day in the life”, it’s clearly challenging, and her heart and experience are reflected on screen. Diaz describes the vision for the video as biographical, and we see her focus on her own hardships, including physical injuries that hindered her ability to work and pursue her passions. While there are many personal influences, everyone can relate to these scenes.
