Nubia Rose – ‘I Want Nothing For Christmas’

Brazilian born Nubia Rose was surrounded by music from a young age, but her career took her in a variety of different creative directions. She has worked as a model, movie producer, actress, financial specialist, and in real estate. She’s also a publisher/owner of Nubia Rose International USA/Brazil Lifestyle Magazine. In 2014, however, she knew it was time to pick the mic back up and released her first single, ‘Funtastic Love’. Ever since, Nubia Rose has dedicated herself to writing and producing music that speaks to the beauty of life and love. Multi-talented Nubia Rose is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, which therefore expands her reach globally; and her discography is diverse and a whole lot of fun.

Now Nubia Rose taps into the Holiday Season. Rather than indulging herself with commercialism and consumerism, with her new single, ‘I Want Nothing For Christmas’, Nubia Rose reminds us to take a step back and appreciate what we already have. A song is full of joy and cheer, along with classic festive instrumentals and catchy vocals that warm you up from the inside out, Nubia Rose sings from the heart to all that she is grateful for in her life, from enjoying the simple moments with her son to remembering her extended family living in Brazil.

The music video for ‘I Want Nothing For Christmas’ features Nubia Rose wearing a Mrs Claus costume, as she decorates a Christmas tree with her son. There’s also footage of Santa Claus, along with shots of Nubia Rose performing to the camera, allowing her vibrant personality to shine through the screen.
