Joses feat. Kathy Brown & TAZ – ‘Don’t Turn Off The Lights’ And ‘Peanut Butter’

Many of us have been left by the pandemic in a disconnected state, often filled with feelings of loneliness. DJ Joses Martin however was inspired to bring people together, by way of  streaming platforms like Twitch, to hold global dance parties, albeit from the comfort of our homes. DJ Joses’ passion for music has led him to create SWEAT, a monthly Nu-Disco party collective of international artists, which serves as a collaborative space for those who share his love for dance party music. His talent at being able to transport listeners to a different time period, is bolstered by his nostalgic and playful, style, which sees him constantly experimenting and pushing the boundaries between the old and new. DJ Joses’ recent debut EP, ‘Watch Me’, is jam packed with chart-toppers that focus on the expanding indie dance and house genre.

Watch two of DJ Joses’ videos below. First off, ‘Don’t Turn Off The Lights’, features Kathy Brown and TAZ, and is a fun animated clip, using solid colours. The song will get you up out of your chair and onto the dance floor, without you even realising your feet have been moving.

The second, ‘Peanut Butter’, again makes good use of colour, this time blocks of pastels, and oh so much peanut butter:
