Spanish Folk Artist Oscar Peris Releases Latest Album ‘Break The Attitude’

Spanish folk artist Oscar Peris is already known in his home country, and with his new album, ‘Break the Attitude’, he hopes to break the language barrier and has re-written some of his most popular songs in English, as well as two brand new songs.

Taking inspiration from the sounds and words of Bob Dylan, Oscar, who is still only 25 years old, commits powerful melodies and lyrics to his album, and maintains the characteristic spirituality his fans have come to know and love.

A student of music, Oscar Peris began his musical journey first with the saxophone, and then wrote his first songs at the same time as he moved to The Netherlands. It was a fateful move because it brought him into contact with the music of Bob Dylan, and thus raised the threshold of Oscar’s love for songwriting.

From Amsterdam, he moved to London, and then Oscar returned to Spain to record and release music in his own language. His ultimate goal was to one day release music in English, as well as build an international network of fans. With ‘Break The Attitude’ Oscar is halfway there, and should shortly make his entire dream a reality.
