Project213 is the brainchild of Jared Hallock, and it’s an eclectic approach to self-expression, the end result being an explosion of ideas. New single and video, ‘Bleed With Who?’ follows on from his 2020 releases, ‘Naughty Jenny’, and ‘Shit’s so Cool’, and further enhances the band’s slightly-psychedelic perspectives.
Project213 takes an artistic left turn with their new music video for ‘Bleed With Who?’, which takes a magical journey both visually and aurally, exploring metamorphosis through butterfly imagery, juxtaposed over thumping guitars and drums.
The video for ‘Bleed With Who?’ is almost as bizarre as the vocals, but we like both. We capture a moment in time, while the subject of the song is busy decomposing, but rather than rotting into a gelatinous mess, he transforms instead into beautiful butterflies, which find their exit from his shattered head. They ride the breeze, rhythmically pulsing with life, onward, ever onward.
