Laura taught herself to play guitar at the age of 15, and now at 19, her sweet voice is the perfect accompaniment to her beautiful country-style instrumentation. The three songs, ‘Bring It On’, ‘Perfect Pair’, and ‘Overthinking’ (2016), are a beautiful introduction to the singer who has been making a name for herself in country music. ‘Perfect Pair’ and ‘Overthinking’ were written by Laura (the latter in 2013, but re-worked for the EP), and ‘Bring It On’ was written by a songwriter in Nashville.

Her influences for this EP include Dolly Parton and Johnny Cash, but also stretch to the likes of contemporary pop artists such as Adele, and this can be seen in the story-telling style of her songs.
