South Australia’s Dino Jag is rapidly establishing himself on the international music scene, with his new EP set for release this coming November. Dino’s latest single, ‘Two Young Hearts’, was recorded at the world famous Sunset Sound Studios in Hollywood.
Dino Jag’s first foray into the world music spotlight was with his cover of ‘Play That Funky Music’ way back in 205. The song reached number 8 in his homeland of Australia, number 34 in Denmark, and hit the radio playlists of many other countries.
This was only the first of good things to come, with his song, ‘Calling All The Saints’ becoming the number 1 most purchased song on the “Music For Good” programme for Oxfam America. This was quite an achievement for Dino, as he was ranked first of over 3,500 artists from all around the world, and the song is a testimony to his considerable songwriting ability.
Dino’s new song, ‘Two Young Hearts’, follows the love story between Dino and his lady love, played by Bethany Hiska. It’s a love song, cataloguing all the ways their relationship deserves another chance, and the accompanying video begins and ends with Dino receiving texts from his lover, saying all is forgiven, please come back home. The video cuts between Dino running home and him reminiscing over their lives together. There’s a sub plot as well, with the couples he encounters along his journey, and the viewer showing the happy lives they lead.
‘Two Young Hearts’ was produced by Grammy Award winner Jeff Bova. Jeff doubled up on Keyboards; other musicians featured include Aaron Sterling on Drums, Corey Britz on Bass, Tim Pierce playing Guitar, with Carroll Hatchet and Bernard Fowler providing Backing Vocals.
‘Two Young Hearts’ is available on iTunes and Amazon. You can find Dino Jag online on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and his official website, where you can also find details about Dino’s upcoming live performances.
