Harris Adams is singer/songwriter, London-based but hailing from Sheffield, whose soulful voice allows him to mix the old with the new, blending the Magic of Marvin Gaye, Ray Charles and the 60s mod vibes with the contemporary spirit of Aloe Blacc, Raphael Saadiq and Amy Winehouse.
Harris, who has already supported Curtis Stigers, and has received rave from the likes Rod Stewart, Keifer Sutherland and Johnny Depp, recorded his single ‘Ring Ring’ at the famous air studio, with Grammy Award winning producer Steve Sidwell and recording engineer Haydn Bendall, who have worked with the likes of Van Morrison, James Blunt, and Kate Bush.
An impresseve selection of musicians took part in the recording of the single, including guitarist Adam Goldsmith, pianist Pete Murray, and Paul Spong, whose punchy trumpet can be heard on Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk”.
With “Ring Ring” due for release on the 28th of April we are pretty certain that Harris Adams will soon be ringing all of our bells.
