Opening a steady hum of loose, distant voices, sounding like a far off radio broadcast, ‘Pulsar (I Came, I Saw, I Conquered)’, the second instalment of andrew reed & the liberation’s prog rock trilogy, soon gives way to grand piano chords and then strident rock guitars.
