Despite releases new album Synergi

Despite released their anticipated new album, Synergi, on July 22nd which has already turned some heads in the metal world with it’s unrelenting dark and heavy sound. ‘As You Bleed’ is the featured single off the album and is ranking #5 on SiriusXM Liquid Metal’s Devil’s Dozen with Jose Mangin while also racking up 350 terrestrial radio spins in just one week. The single has recently topped some big name rock acts like Hatebreed, Hellyeah, Allegaeon and Korn on the charts proving Despite to be the real deal with their new album Synergi.

‘As You Bleed’ can also be viewed on YouTube in which the band can be seen bleeding as they gruelingly play their instruments. The song is heavy and powerful with a deep dark guitar, a driving rhythm section, and a versatile screaming vocal by Peter Tuthill. The remaining songs on the album are no less relenting and have so far had a great response from various media outlets.  “Despite rocks the living shit out of you, and they do it in a way that is ultimately surprising and refreshingly unique” – Goblet of Shock.  “this whole record is fantastic. Not a single weak point through its entirety” (8.5/10) – Fen Metal.
Despite’s new album Synergi is available through Eclipse Records and can be purchased, downloaded, and streamed through Eclipse RecordsiTunes, Amazon, Google Play, Spotify, Deezer, and Apple Music .  For more info and music from Despite check out their Facebook and Twitter.
