Ruby J is a singer songwriter and recording artist from England’s Midlands region, and her new single, ‘Home’, takes its inspiration from the bouncy rhythms and soulful vocal of Motown, as well as artists such as Lulu, whose music she listened to while writing the track, and more recent artists such as Plan B and his album, ‘The Defamation Of Strickland Banks’.
