BAND 4RM TV Releases Powerful New Single, ‘Nasty Way’

Out now, ‘Nasty Way’ is the new single from independent artist, BAND 4RM TV.

The track is available to stream and download here.

Fusing early 80s punk with modern R&B and Hip Hop, it also contains emo rock and influences from Caribbean dancehall, as it flows with ominous beats, sharp wordplay, and a driving synthesised bass, that serves as a heartbeat. Tuned to 432kHz, the track is intended to promote emotional and spiritual healing to the listener.

‘Nasty Way’ came about following the decision by BAND 4RM TV (pronounced Band From TV) to take full creative control of their music, after growing more and more frustrated about relying on others. He now personally does all the engineering, mixing, mastering, videography, editing, cover art, and all other direction.

The beat for ‘Nasty Way’ was produced by Themer, while final mastering was done by BAND 4RM TV’s longtime friend and mentor, Winslow Donovan. BAND 4RM TV recorded and mixed the song in his self-built home studio in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, where he laid down the vocals in two days, while mixing took nearly two months as the artist mastered new techniques.

You can stream and download ‘Nasty Way’ here. Find out more about BAND 4RM TV and his music online on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Spotify, and Apple Music.
