Dee Dasher Releases Thank You Song, ‘Out Here’, Ahead Of Debut Album, ‘Conscious Home’

Based in the quirky Pennsylvania town of Jim Thorpe, artist Dee Dasher has had a momentous year. Not least of which are the release of her new single, ‘Out Here’ on August 28, and her upcoming debut album, ‘Conscious Home’, which is set to come out on September 26.

Dasher has become known for her blend of indie folk-pop and alternative pop, heartfelt, honest, and warm, with a storytelling that will resonate with all listeners.

Indeed, ‘Out Here’, will serve as an anthem for those of us who spend our time dreaming of better times to come, but who nonetheless are always there for others, no matter how heavy or despairing the situation might be.

Dasher brings to ‘Out Here’ a sincerity eked out in equal measures with perseverance and thankfulness, and with its rhythm driving the light instrumentals, balanced against compelling percussive elements and soaring harmonies, it’s reminiscent of the likes of Phoebe Bridgers, and First Aid Kit.

Catchy in its rhythms that will continue pinging across your brain long after you’ve finished listening, ‘Out Here’ is Dasher’s thank you to those who continued to believe in her, even when she found she was unable to do the same. It’s a delightful introduction to this artist, and lays the groundwork for ‘Conscious Home’, leaving us very excited about what lies within that album.

‘Conscious Home’ was produced by Billboard-charting songwriter Keath Lowry, and explores themes of vulnerability, self-discovery, and reflection.
