She pays tribute to Kyiv, a city that, in Ahhatt’s words, “continues to breathe creativity, love, and beauty,” against all odds. The cinematic soundscape sees Ahhatt infuse blends Ukrainian ethnic vocals and instruments, and enlisting the help of several renowned musicians who dare to create even in the darkest of times. She declares, “We dance for the gods, but we live for the people”. with soaring melodies, endlessly sweeping strings, and a pulsating rhythm, all working together in harmony, the song captures the vibe of a nation that refuses to back down, no matter how dire the circumstances.

Ahhatt reveals that may of the cast and crew took “one day off from the battlefield” to participate, with one example, Roman, the featured master of traditional woodwind instruments, was granted a single day by his commander to join the production before returning to the front lines. “We are united by one purpose: to create beauty, to stand together, and to offer kindness and love – even amid the horror of an unjust war”, Ahhatt says. “And”, she adds, as air raid sirens are heard in the distance, “…we kept going”.
