Bravo Bravo! ‘Wardour’ Sets The Stage For Spain-Based Electronic Duo

Taking inspiration from artists such as New Order, Daft Punk, and most clearly, Pet Shop Boys, ‘Wardour’ is the latest single from Bravo Bravo, an electronic duo comprising Álvaro Segura and Liam Anthony, based in Málaga, Spain.

‘Wardour’ comes ahead of the Bravo Bravo’s debut album, ‘Full Speed’, which is set for release in April. Meanwhile, the pair intend to release their next single in March.

‘Wardour’, an autobiographical track that takes a look at how the pair live and survive in a big city, is characterised by a retro vibe that will take you back to the 80s – even, if like Bravo Bravo themselves – you’ve not experienced that era first hand. Close your eyes, savour the sweetly nostalgic vocals, set against the expertly executed synths. Beyond the music, the lyrics examine how city life pretty much boils down to the same thing, no matter where in the world you may be: money, connections, and politics.
