The first of a trio of tracks from an artist we’ve been promoting almost as long as Essentially Pop has been around, ‘Rain’ sees Xavier Toscano‘s ascent continue to rise with a fresh sound that’s guaranteed to get listeners into not just a good mood, but a great one.

Out of the Bay Area of San Francisco, Xavier Toscano is a rising force in the dance-pop scene, with his blend of EDM, rap, rock, reggae, and R&B influences ensuring he gets his listeners shaking their groove.
