Neon Dreams Are ‘Thankful For You’ With Latest Pop Release

Canadians Frank Kadillac and Adrian Morris teamed up in 2015 as Neon Dreams, and since then, the JUNO Award winning duo have been showing their gratitude with their trademark blend of rock, pop, and electronic music. Their latest single, ‘Thankful For You’, encapsulates this vibe in one song.

‘Thankful For You’ starts out with a propulsive rhythm that takes the track into the ears and right through the listener’s body. From there the vocals ooze a smooth flow, exquisitely soulful, filled with gratitude, before a soaring chorus, that takes the listener to the stratosphere.

‘Thankful For You’ is a high-energy ode to love, but rather than being all sickly saccharine sentiments, it’s more of a sunshiney sort of song, inspiring confidence and joy in the listener, with its lyrics and music twisting and turning elegantly. This is paired well with the music video, with quick cuts uniting three expressions of love: playing high-powered music, dancing without a care in the world, and feeling the sparks fly while hanging out at the beach. The moves of the dancer reflect the energy of the musicians as they perform on the cliffs above, while the light in the lovers’ eyes connects the viewer to the song’s message. Kadillac and Morris perform energetically on camera, immediately energizing the viewer.
