Electronic pop act HVRMNY bring the inspiration hard and fast with new pop single ‘Do It Big’. Only 60 seconds long, and yet this clip has all the emotion needed to get rid of those jaded feelings.
Comprising singer songwriter Robbie Rosen, who made it to the finals of the tenth season of American Idol, singer songwriter Gabrielle Ross (best known as 6 time winner of Amateur Night At The Apollo, as well as this winter’s hit, ‘Dumb’), and songwriter/producer Oshea Hunter, who has worked with Destiny’s Child, Black Rob, and Marc Nelson, among many others, HVRMNY brings with them talent and a musical history that’s pretty much unbeatable. Additionally, Studio Owner/Co-Executive Producer Larry Weinberger (Dream Studios, Long Island, New York) advises and supports HVRMNY.
‘Do It Big’ feels like a locker room chant, encouraging the players to go out and win for not just themselves but their team, their families, their town, the world. Co-produced by Emmy Award-nominated Rob Aster (aka Radical Rob), the song brings with it epic storytelling and power – exactly the sorts of things Aster is known for, having produced music for the Super Bowl, NFL, SEC, Big Ten, The Masters, PGA Championship, March Madness, and other high-profile events.
With that sports pedigree in mind, it was clear that ‘Do It Big’ was going to need a similar clip to go with it. An energetic lyric video was created, with an intense 60 second drill of locker rooms, playing fields, and, above all teamwork. It’s big, it’s huge, it’s everything.
