Released on April 8, ‘Welcome To Summer 24’ is the new dance pop track from UK producer, IJAZ Rising, and it’s set to get you in the mood for the coming season.
The track is the next instalment in a run of successful releases, and the upbeat vibes of ‘Welcome To Summer 24’ will help to put the grey clouds behind us, albeit prematurely.
An infectious dance pop single, ‘Welcome To Summer 24’ will have you grooving and bopping along, transporting you to sunnier climes, such as Ibiza, with its story of finding love while on holiday.
IJAZ Rising has overlapped layers of instrumentation, giving the listener a variety of sounds to hold onto. Recorded using Ableton Live, among other software programs in his home studio, ‘Welcome To Summer 24’ was then mixed and mastered, all done by IJAZ Rising himself.
IJAZ Rising started his musical journey at the age of 15, when he first started experimenting with poetry and lyrics. His musical ambitions had to go on the backburner for a while as he established himself in his career as a pharmacist, but in 2014, with the purchase of his first synthesiser, a Mini Korg, he found his creative spark burst once more into flame. The global lockdowns of 2020 gave IJAZ the opportunity to immerse himself more fully in his craft, and during htis time he devoted himself to honing his keyboard skills and electronic music production. He also started a course at The School of Electronic Music, in Manchester, where, over a period of 15 months, he studied music composition, production, mixing, mastering, and the business of music. Additionally, IJAZ had singing lessons, and was thereafter able to bring his musical dreams to reality.
‘Welcome To Summer 24’ joins IJAZ Rising’s previous releases, ‘Curtis’ (an homage to the late Joy Division singer, Ian Curtis), ‘Trolling’, ‘Club Nights (Night Mix)’, and ‘Summer 24 Beach Balling’, and together they serve as a showcase of his skills and talents, blending techno, trance, ambience, pop, and retro influences into his own style.
