Stylz Milleon Shows Off His International Influences In New Rap Single, ‘Good 2 Yuh’

Born in Liberia, and growing up in New Jersey, Stylz Milleon’s journey as an artist took him to Miami, where his musical style benefited from the Caribbean rhythms he heard, and the Afrobeat his West African mother favoured. Furthermore, Stylz has travelled the world, experiencing Ivory Coast, Germany, Austria, and New York, each place offering their own influences to his musical influences.

Stylz started getting serious with his music 5 years ago, when he met a music producer known for crafting beats for the likes of Murda Ink, French Montana, and Gucci Mane. Initially signed on as a writer, Stylz has over the past 3 years transitioned into becoming a musical artist in his own right, with 2021’s ‘Be Rich’ his debut.

Following on from this, he started collaborating with producer Marlin McGregor, after being introduced by a mutual friend. The clip for his latest single, ‘Good 2 Yuh’, is a great match for the song, which is set in a musical landscape filled with female-centric narratives, urging men to embrace their masculinity without objectification. Alongside the creative minds of Jose Munoz and Fabian Camilo of Climax Entertainment, Stylz brought his vision to life, the result an anthem that resonates with all genders, promoting mutual appreciation. The track is an upbeat and vibrant mix of West African rhythms and rap, with the video a flashing, neon dream, shot in and around Miami.
