Jason Barron Releases Latest Album ‘()asis.’

Out now, ‘()asis’ is the new album from pop artist, Jason Barron. The 10 track record taps into a wide variety of genres, and should appeal to fans of many different styles of music.

While the first three tracks, ‘Ruined’, ‘Tomorrow’, and ‘Better’, are Electronic Dance tracks, ‘Hate Me’ takes a slightly different direction, with a middle-eastern style vibe, and some mesmerising whistling, and, if it was my decision, would be the first single I’d drop.

Jason described ‘()asis’ as being intensive, but also a “positive life-altering experience”, and what is truly remarkable is that he created and recorded 9 songs in one month. Just like the refuge in the desert of the same name, ‘()asis’ serves to Jason Barron as a safe place, and escape from reality; this same meaning can be applied to the songs.

First track, ‘Ruined’, was released last year, and comes with a music video. The song tells the story of ridding yourself of someone who is toxic, and then moving on from that relationship. You can watch the video below:
