Priceless Lion Releases Latest Single, ‘Summer Nights’

An artist who grew up in challenging circumstances, Priceless Lion turned to music as his escape. His latest single, ‘Summer Nights’, is the first release from his debut country album of the same name.

Priceless Lion doesn’t stick to any one genre, and while ‘Summer Nights’ is a country-style song, it is easy to hear how he has been inspired by other artists, such as Post Malone. The song, while holding true to country roots, nonetheless contains plenty of modern pop sensibilities, in the shape of dance rhythms, synths, and electric guitars. In short it shows that genre is truly fluid, and it serves as a demonstration of Priceless Lion’s ability to make songs that everyone can relate to.

Pump up the volume to 11, and listen through headphones, and you’ll be swept away by Priceless Lion’s tale of a summer road-trip down to the beach, with not a care in the world; the song serves as an escape from the daily struggles of life, and his talent for storytelling instantly paints a word picture that the listener can hold onto.

Priceless Lion knows that his lyrics hit differently to other country songs, but he also knows it’s okay to be different, and he holds them up as a hope to others who might struggle to fit in. People aren’t designed to fit into boxes; we should feel comfortable enough to burst out where we need to.

‘Summer Nights’ is out now, and can be streamed and downloaded here. You can find out more about Priceless Lion online on Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, and Apple Music.
